Return Policy

 

RETURN POLICY

 
In the event that you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange it within 10 days of receiving it.

This is providing it adheres to the following terms and conditions:
  1. Merchandise must be in original condition - i.e. unused, unwashed, unsoiled. 
  2. All original tags must be intact. In the case of footwear, this includes the barcode on the sole. It is best to try them on a carpeted floor to avoid spoiling the label. 
  3. All packaging received with the products - including boxes, dust bags, and jewellery pouches must be returned as well. 

Goods will be inspected and any that are deemed used or damaged will not be accepted upon return.

Return/Exchange Process
Should you want to return your purchase, please do the following:

a. Write to us at care@parvativilla.com with the subject line - ‘Return’. Be sure to include your order number and date of purchase in the body of the email.

b. We recommend that you use a trackable courier service and insure the package as Parvati Villa will not be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

c. Once items are returned and suitably inspected, you will be entitled to an exchange or refund which will not include the original cost of shipping and handling.

d. Refunds will be given in the form of store credit which will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

If you want to exchange your purchase for an altogether different one, we suggest that you ‘return’ it and use the ‘credit’ towards the other one.

e. If you want to exchange your purchase for a different size or colour, exchanges are based on stock availability. In the event that it is unavailable, we will do our best to entertain orders or issue store credit which will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

If, for any reason, your purchase arrives damaged or with a genuine manufacturing defect, you must email us a photo of the product within 48 hours of receipt. Please address it to care@parvativilla.com with the subject line ‘Damaged purchase’. Be sure to include your order number and date of purchase. We will do our best to process the return at the earliest and re-fulfill your order to the highest standard.

All returns are subject to the discretion of Parvati Villa and will be handled on a case by case basis.

Please note that we do not entertain Cancellations or Cash Refunds.

*Additionally, please note that we have tried to display the design and colours of all products as accurately as possible. However, due to the variations in colour settings on your monitor, we cannot guarantee you that it will be exactly the same.
